This is one of

16 people and a small size for 6 to 8 people. |
| Directions
for Family Pack: To 16 cups of boiling water add 2-3 lbs of boneless chicken and
1 to 2 lbs of smoked sausage or andouille sausage, then add contents of packet #1 and boil
until chicken is done (~25 minutes). Dissolve contents of packet #2 in 1 cup cold water
until it is liquid, then pour it in the pot, reduce heat and simmer for 20 to 30 minutes
while you prepare the rice. |
